You need to be certain that the placement of the new dwelling is clear of sewers and storm water and that it meets all the local Council requirements. We need to find out if there are any restrictions or limitations.

We do a full financial assessment of the project for you right down to the last dollar. This includes a pricing to build the dwelling turnkey along with a breakdown of bank fees and loan costs.
FINANCE PRE APPROVAL
Our in-house Finance team specialises in investor and dual dwelling construction finance. Our services are complimentary, we can help you save money and structure your loans correctly.
Prior to drawing plans we order a soil test to understand subsurface conditions ensuring that foundations will be appropriately designed.
PLANS & COUNCIL APPROVAL
Rest assured your construction plans will be fully Council approved. Our Certifiers and Draftsman work closely with Council Town Planners.
Our Granny Flats are built on your site by qualified Tradespeople. Being turnkey, the pricing includes all that is necessary for an occupant to move in on completion with nothing more to spend.
If you chose the investment option versus the family member occupied option, we can assist in getting a tenant into your Granny Flat through one of our preferred local Property Managers.
